Could someone more computer savvy than me tell me why the Ebay link worked with cut/paste the first time, but not the last? I don't know how else to post the link, and I don't think I did anything different the 2nd/3rd time

Please see my answer in this post to someone who had the same problem:
http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-shopping/authenticate-this-coach-763164-44.html#post22533616

And each link has to be on its own line. You need to hit Enter at least once right before and right after you add the link to make sure nothing else is there.

And it doesn't matter if another bag is "exactly like yours" - we need to see photos of the bag YOU bought. Nothing can be authenticated using photos of a different bag. None of the links you posted is any use in authenticating your bags. Please read Post #1 of this thread to see what information we need for authentication.

And Coach does NOT stamp their names on every piece of hardware! I don;'t know where you heard or read that nonsense, but it's COMPLETELY wrong. Usually the more times that Coach is stamped on the hardware, the more likely it is that the bag is fake.Take that and any other "rules" you may have found in any so-called authenticity guides and throw them in the trash, most of them are total BS. The only Guides I recommend are the ones I researched myself that are posted by seller Salearea. Please read them carefully and save the link - and read my Siggy under all my posts:

The Fake serial numbers list is posted by 2 people in 2 different places. Please read the lists carefully and again, save the links, the information on both lists is basically the same but Daria48's list has been recently updated:

Okay, hoping the pictures work. Both Coach bags were bought from Goodwill today. For the price it was worth the risk one or both are both fake. Both are beat up badly. Are they fake? Are they real. If real, what are they?

1 Black leather. Ebay calls this a Bleeker?

I want to send this first and see if this is how you send pictures. I'm not at all sure this works. Technology is not my first language. If this doesn't work, just ignore and I will try to get another teen to help. The first one said that this is a link, but I don't think so.

Thank you!

If you're still wanting to post the pics on here, save them onto your computer and then use the attachments feature when you're posting your reply to upload them into your post.
Thanks Mango, I tried that... I guess I am 'Technologically Impaired!" I'll try again, but I am suspicious. All the other photos were VERY good, sharp and clear, except the one's of the creed. They are unreadable. That seems strange to me. :thinkin:

That would be very very suspicious to encounter. It's like they're trying to hide something! You can also try uploading them to a site (like http://www.tinypic.com for instance) and then directly linking them into your post using the insert image feature. It's possible that it won't let you attach them due to size issues.

The forum FAQs section under Attachments and Images explains how to post photos . You have to have the photos saved in a folder on your computer, and then use the Manage Attachments link below the text box where you type you post to upload it to the forum so we can see it.
http://forum.purseblog.com/faq.php?faq=vb3_reading_posting#faq_vb3_attachments

And please remember what I posted earlier about making sure each link or URL is on its own line. It'sa best to hit the Enter key twice before and after you post every link. The Forum will make them clickable if you do it right and if they're Copied & Pasted right.

Wow, that's wonderful. Thanks Hyacinth. Our first verified Coach. Now on to the restoration phase.

The source of misinformation about the hardware being labeled with "Coach," was the owner of a local consignment store.
