FAKE. Any time you see shiny gold or black acetate lining with mini-Cs or Coach logos, it's probably fake. The creed is badly sewn, and so are the dots. The hardware is thin and cheap, but MOST important, the year code in the fake is for 2002 and that style with the Polka Dots wasn't even MADE until very late 2003 for the 2004 Spring catalog.

Here's the lining and creed of a real bag from the Polka Dot line, and the REAL Gallery Tote which was style 3678:
