I don't think so, but newer styles aren't my specialty and I'm not sure if the Coach logo on the front is the right color. It looks real to me but please wait for more opinions.

This looks like the Madison "Ikat" Sabrina in Gold, came out around 2009, I think... It also came in Navy Blue with White Trim. I would say it's real.

No, never. Sometimes full price bags don't have one, Outlet bags almost never have one, and sometimes the seller just decides to keep it.
