Thank you ladies!

I love a good mystery...it does have a leather hangtag...the stamp is inside of the kisslock coin purse so its very hard to get in there to get a picture...but the numbers are stamped pretty clearly as 929 8015...
it has the dimensions as described earlier and is very reminiscent of the convertible clutch in shape and it has a detachable strap; however it is smaller and has spring latches, not the claws like on the convertible clutch.

I'll get a picture of the pockets, if the bag is from 86 these were definitely not for a cell phone! They are on the front of the purse visible when you lift the flap and are little more than half as tall as the exterior front of the purse, they are not equally sized; one double the size of the other.

Thanks again!

Another point of reference for you. This is my "shoulder purse", authenticated back in April, 2012:

Hyacinth's authentication is in the post immediately following.
Not too many of these cutie-pies around. I bought mine in 2005 for $5.99!

Hi, can you authenticate this tote:

Item: COACH Bleecker Legacy Blue Leather Business Tote Bag

Listing number: 170973841410

Seller: nygan2825

Link: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170973841410?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

Comments:

I have seen the Bleecker Legacy Leather Weekend Tote style:70487 in the ocean blue colour but I have not seen the Business Tote in that colour, so I am concerned that it may not be genuine.

Thanks for any input.
Ros

I can't find that style 70600 in that color either. Maybe someone else can play around with the drilldown to see if anything comes up.

Before buying you should definitely ask the seller for a clear readable photo of the creed patch and serial number and post them here for authentication. There are a large number of high-quality fakes coming from China by way of the Philippines right now and extreme care needs to be taken to have any and all "Coaches" authenticated here. We always need a creed and serial photo to authenticate.

EDITED TO ADD - There IS a Denim Blue version of the Business Tote available on the Coach China website, maybe that's the color of the one in the listing? It looks more like Denim to me than Ocean:

There's also a Denim Blue on the Coach Japan website:

I agree that a creed pic is needed. (None of the seller's listings have the pictures necessary to authenticate them.)

You might also want to verify that the shoulder strap is included. Her description mentions it but it's not shown in the pictures. The description may have been translated and copied from Coach.

Item: Navy Bleecker Leather Flap 11419 (China 2007, MSRP = $448)
Listing number: 3539736034

Comments: I love the look of the Bleecker leather bags but they were long gone before I became a Coachie. One time I got lucky at the outlet and found a wallet and I love it; so when I saw this navy bag and wallet listed for $80 for both (along with leather care supplies!) I just had to check it out.

There are some marks on the tattersall lining and the dustbag is missing, but the bag is in good shape overall and doesn’t have any bad smells and the price was great! I looked it over carefully and I am pretty sure that it is genuine - but I always appreciate your input, please share your opinion about authenticity. Thank you.

I will post pics of the wallet next.

Comments: The checkbook cover is missing and there are some ink marks on the inside and a few spots on the lining. But I think it is beautiful and will clean up well. Please give an opinion about authenticity, thank you!

The bag is authentic and I believe the wallet is too.

Hello I am new to this forum but I would appreciate if anyone can authenticate this bag I recently purchased.

Legacy zip #9966
made in 90s

I just thought it maybe too good condition for the age?

Thank you in advance!
