I don't know the name of it. It has a bullseye so maybe that means it is authentic? I'm not sure if counterfeiters would bother with a bullseye. That means a FP that got deleted & sent to an outlet right?

The serial number on the tag should match the one inside the bag - the style numbers don't match according to what you have posted although to me the stamp on the creed say "16827". That's why I want to see photos - one of the numbers is either wrong, or you copied it wrong, and both may be fake. You should never have a problem reading the serial number on a genuine Coach. The spacing of the creed stamp is also wrong.
Style number 16827 belongs to a completely different bag, and if I'm reading the name on the price tag correctly it says "Embossed Op Art Patent Leah". This material is NOT patent leather and it's certainly NOT embossed. And number 16827 is NOT the number for a Patent Leah either, it belongs to an Alligator Embossed Kristin.
So yes, I think it's fake
BTW, I don't know if the counterfeit makers are having a nasty private joke at the buyer's expense, but in this picture of the inside fabric tag it looks as if it says "Foach Poppy" instead of "Coach". "Foach" is a code word at the Ebay Forums for "Fake cOACH".
Below is a side-to-side comparison. The two tags on the left are the real ones, the one on the right is from the fake bag.

It's genuine, but counterfeiters HAVE copied the bulls-eyes before although probably not on older bags like this one. It's a Mini Hippie Flap from 2000.

Thanks again Hyacinth! It's a bit nerve racking buying second hand when it's not from an online seller where I can get them authenticated before buying. I'm glad these worked out. 2 new to me purses!
I'm hoping my instincts were right. I found this at our local antique mall with a tag that said, "brown leather shoulder bag - $15". When I opened the kiss lock I almost fell over. Is this a legit Bonnie Cashin for Meyers? (i know, non- Coach, but wasn't sure where else to post!)
