1- probably fake, because of the "puffy" creed, the size and thickness of the serial number, and because "P" is the normal plant code for Costa Rica.
2 and 3 - I think they both may be ok.

Before I say anything, I want to say that we do NOT think that all Philippine sellers are crooks and are selling fakes. Unfortunately, many of them are - TOO MANY, whether they realize the bags are fakes or not. It's become a serious problem and has gotten so bad that we look at all items from sellers in the Philippines as fake until proven otherwise.

The fakes have some small mistakes in common and this bag has several of them. I'm 100 percent certain that this bag is fake and so does another poster who contacted me about it. I'm not going to go into details about the mistakes since the crooks making and selling the fakes will just correct the mistakes, and I'm not saying your friend is trying to cheat you, but she did NOT buy this from Coach.

I realize that you may not have much choice but to buy locally, but I strongly urge anyone who can to consider avoiding Philippine sellers. The chances of getting a fake are much too great. And obviously, never even consider buying any Coach item unless there's a full set of photos including a clear photo of the creed patch and serial number, and photos of both sides of the price tag if there is one. - and HAVE IT AUTHENTICATED HERE BEFORE BUYING.

The difference between the Salearea Guides and most of the dreck posted on the internet is that I spent six years researching, collecting, and comparing information from thousands of sources including listings for both real and fake Coach items. I don't claim that I can tell you what Magic Details can prove a Coach is genuine, because there AREN'T ANY. And I don't claim to have all the answers because I don't. But I stand by what I write and post instead of Copying & Pasting some other idiot's "guide" and putting my anonymous name on it. I can back up what I say and anyone who wants to question or challenge it knows exactly where to find me, unlike the other 6000 Guide "writers" that disappeared into a black hole as soon as their BS was posted somewhere.
