The seller's pictures aren't good enough for me to tell. They are either too dark or too blurry. Plus they don't show a close up clear pic of the creed. If you can ask for better pics and post them here maybe we can help more.
Genuine, but definitely NOT vintage! It's a Rambler's Legacy that was just made in 2005.

About the hangtag...In my collection of Coach Leatherware bags, I have many hangtags that are single sided. Hyacinth commented a while back at this link:
