The first one looks ok.

The briefcase is fake. The strap is wrong although straps are changed easily. The leather covers at the ends of the dowel aren't there, and most importantly, the creed uses the wrong fonts AND the serial number is a known fake. Please always check the Fake numbers List before bidding:

I used to work for Coach. I can spot a fake Coach a mile away. This one is legit! Although, I can't say that it's "goat" leather. I'm not sure about that. I'm pretty sure it isn't goat.
