They both look ok. The white one's a Soho Leather Pocket Flap from 2005. I don't know the name of the fabric bag.

Thank you so much! I found the fabric bag online but not the name. It's just a MFF but I still like it anyway.

Can't wait to use the SOHO!

There aren't any other obvoous problems, so it might be a mistake at the plant, an NYC-made sample or pilot bag made before Coach started to mark them, or an actual fake. I'd have to call it questionable since the plant code is onne that wouldn't normally have been used.
That is what I thought, although it seems it would be more believable with a "4" year code. However, the other one I have seen with an "A" plant code was also made in 2006. I think it could be a sample. I think I remember seeing an ebay listing for a sample bag that was made in New York fairly recently but I can't remember what the creed looked like.

Thank you.

Actually it would be less believeable with a "4" year code since that style wasn't introduced until early 1997, as I mentioned a page or two back when Saddle and Crescent Bags were being compared. So a sample or pilot version of a Saddle Bag with a 1996 year code wouldn't be surprising.

Fake, and a nasty sneaky seller too. Fake registration card, fake price tag with a bogus description that doesn't match the style number and was just stuck onto the hangtag chain - I'm not sure what a "VSG SATCHEL" is supposed to be but the number 9363 is for a Sig East-West Duffle. And if BX is the color code, that stands for "Bordeaux".

Report away!

Will do...thanks!!

That makes complete sense. The date of this Saddle Bag implies that this could very easily be a sample or pilot version. The other bag I saw with an A factory code and 1996 code was a station bag. It wouldn't make sense to make a pilot version of a bag that had been in production for years by that time, so I can't think of an explanation for that one.
