It's genuine, and from around 2005. I think it would have been called a Quilted Signature Case or Pouch but I don't know the style number.

Sorry, it's fake. The C pattern isn't centered correctly, the creed patch shows an often-used serial number that doesn't belong to this style and is on my Fake Coach Numbers list,

also C pattern bags almost never have C pattern linings, and the creed statement is full of run-together words with no spaces between them - all serious red flags.

How long ago did you buy it, and from where? Maybe you can still get your money back. The seller broke the law by selling a fake item.

As for it being a "steal", you're the one whose money was stolen.
