I have never seen this vintage coach sold by anyone else, although the leather and trim both look like high quality, can anyone help me identify its authenticity? Thank you very much in advance

It's a Sonoma Satchel Natural Grain although it looks like the factory made a mistake when stamping the serial number - the style should be 4921 instead of the 4922 that they stamped. That could be one of the reasons the bag has the "FS" (final sale) stamp on the creed. I can't read the creed to see the year (you may want to ask for a better creed photo) but it's from the mid-1990s.
Good catch re possible shill bidding. If you're interested in this seller's items, keep an eye on the bidding.
There's a possibility that it could be a legitimate buyer looking for a deal. She's bidding on the 99-cent Coach listings only. But it's odd that she's not bidding on any of the many other sellers' items with low starting prices.
Personally, I'd feel uncomfortable enough that I probably wouldn't bid but if the price stays reasonable and you really want the bag, you'd have to make that call yourself.
The creed stamps on the Sonomas WERE sloppy. And the Italians have always had a very carefree attitude about following production rules or diagrams and "reading the memos" about things like using the correct style or month codes. Take it from someone who's sold and/or owned Italian cars, following wiring diagrams isn't something they do well either. Anyone who's ever owned or driven a FIAT, Alfa or Maserati will understand what I'm talking about.
There's nothing wrong with that bag other than a few human mistakes. The possible shill bidding is a bigger problem that the funky creeds.

The creed pic on the white bag looks crooked...maybe it's just my eyes can anyone confirm? The creed does read 4922 on the white one as well and I don't see a FS stamp???
