Name:Coach Laura Signature Tote Bag?
Link: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...939865531.80897.100002123821296&type=1&ref=nf
Comments: Please take a look at all the coach bags she's selling. The prices are too good to be true. Some bags look decent but some look hideous. Confused if they're auth or what

Thank you!

I'm getting a "Content Unavailable" page. maybe someone already reported the fakes.

I don't think I'd recommend buying designer items on Facebook under ANY circumstances. Facebook and Listia seem as friendly to fakes sellers as iOffer.

It always helps if you post the style number. It should be on the price tag if you still have it. And without photos of what I'm sure is either a genuine bag or a listing from a trusted seller, there isn't much I can do to authenticate it. It takes more to authenticate a bag than just looking at one or two details.

I have posted 3 pictures of the purse with my request, you cant see them?

Exactly. And unless someone actually owns the same wallet and knows beyond a doubt that it's genuine, wallets are almost impossible to authenticate. That's why I don't like to get involved with them, especially the newer ones.

And of course I can't comment on the seller's record since that information wasn't in your post. (COUGH). So I'll leave that analysis up to you.
I didn't bother including the seller's record because she has feedback less than 100 and sells mostly sports memorabilia, so I didn't think that would help. Her ebay id is brownsuga1983. http://myworld.ebay.com/brownsuga1983

Item: Brown Suede Duffle 9187, China 1996
Seller: St. Vincent’s Charity Shop $3
Dimensions: 10” high, 12” wide at the top, 4” deep across the bottom

Comments: I had doubts about the authenticity of this bag, but it was very cheap so I bought on the off-chance that it might be genuine. Style number 9187 does seem to be correct for a suede duffle like this but I haven’t been able to find a picture of the creed for comparison.

The bag seems to be well-made and I didn’t find the number on the fakes list, but I am troubled by the wording on the creed. It refers to “glove-tanned cowhide” and I expected it to say “suede trimmed with cowhide” or something similar.

Please give an opinion on authenticity and let me know if you need more pictures. If it is a fake then I’ve given a $3 donation to charity, and that’s okay. Thanks for your help!

Satchel, ~11"x8"x5"

Awesome leather feel, but I don't know enough about this to even hazard a guess as to what it is. Truly hoping it's real (I'm in love) but styles with similar handles, from what I recall, didn't have round hardware.. There are two pocket flaps inside - one zippered with creed, one not.

I believe it's the Baxter Satchel, style 9903, but I'm not absolutely positive. Probably from the early 1990's.

Wait for confirmation. Looks good to me.

That's a great bag!

I'm so excited to see this pic. I think this was the style of my first Coach bag!

Anyway, can you please authenticate this wallet? I feel pretty good about it. The quality seems to be there but the stitching is just a tiny bit crooked on the inside. However, I have noticed stitching like this in some of my other authentic wallets that I bought directly from Coach. The ebay seller shipped this with a dust bag that looks just like a purse dust bag but is smaller. Do wallets ever come with dust bags?

This looks exactly like my new gathered wallet. I looked at all your pictures and it is identical to mine. The stitches on the inside are a little uneven and of different lengths on mine as well. I have the raspberry color and the tag is identical also. I've used mine for several weeks and just noticed the coach logo is ever so slightly askew! I bought mine at a FP Coach store.
That looks like one of the newer style satin dust bags. Maybe it came with a small handbag and she's including it it be nice? None of my wallets I've purchased in the last year have come with any kind of dust bag.
Hope that helps!
