Here's a slightly larger picture of the creed. I sized the first one too small to read well. Sorry!

Hopefully this well help someone authenticate it for me.

Hi, I bought this courier pouch on eBay. It does not have a hang tag or a serial number. The quality of the leather is nice and the stitching looks good. The creed also looks fine. What was the official name of this color? Possibly Tobacco? It's darker than British Tan, but lighter than Mahogany.

Thanks so much for your help!

I die for that bag!

Sorry, I don't have color names for vintage bags. All Coach's very small catalogs from the 70s were in black & white.

The bag looks fine. I have no idea what the color is - though it looks like a well maintained British Tan.

Colors do darken over the years.

hiya,
hope all is well with you ladies. Mind having a look at the following...
Item: beige/natural looks like a Station Bag
Listing number:221055138313
Seller:talberthouse
Link:http://www.ebay.ca/itm/221055138313?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

Comments: I thought that the creed stamp was on the pocket on the inside, the main part of the bag, but this one looks like it's on the exterior, on the inside of the outside pocket... does that make any sense?! lol! oh boy, time for bed!!
thanks ladies!

Item Name (if you know it): Coach small tote (?)
Link (if available): No Link
Then attach any photos

Could you please tell me anything you may know about this bag such as name and/or age? Could it possibly be a Bonnie Cashin?

It was made after Bonnie Cashin left Coach, so technically it's not a Cashin bag. But it may have originally been designed by her.

Hopefully DemRam will be able to take a look later.

I agree with Hyacinth - the bag was definitely made after Cashin left Coach.

I was told (back in 2009) by the BCF Director, that Coach did a number of reissues and revisions of Cashin's early designs after Cashin left. It "could" be a Cashin design, but almost impossible to prove.

Very nice bag!

Hello, please help to authenticate this one:

Item: Coach GALLERY LEATHER EAST WEST TOTE #15147
Seller: InLoveWithCoach
Photos: http://inlovewithcoach.blogspot.com/...ach-15147.html

Feedback will be highly appreciated. :)

Sorry, I'm not familiar with newer bags, or with the seller and their reputation. I DON't like that half the bags on each selling page are just "stock photos" and not pictures of the actual bag you'll be receiving. Some listings have pictures of at least 3 different bags on the same page - compare the patterns and see what I mean. I wonder if that site takes ANY of their own photos or if they "borrow" all of them from someone else. Any site that uses photos taken by Coach for Coach.com is violating US copyright laws about ownership and use of copyrighted photos and that's NOT a good sign. A legitimate website should respect local and international law. I'm sure Malaysia has similar laws that protect copyrights and trademarks.

It also seems like it's a new website, created just this year, and there is no information about it or Feedback from anyone who has bought their bags. I can't recommend taking a chance. (The picture of the one you asked about doesn't seem to be on that page any more).
