These are both the same listing.
The reason why you aren't getting a response (in addition to perhaps not being patient enough) is that there aren't enough definitive pictures in the listing to authenticate and the few that are there don't enlarge enough to see much.

It's fine - sometimes the stamping mechanism added a number instead of a dash. That's mentioned in one of the Salearea Guides.
