Please take a look at this creed; seller describes as Vintage and it's black with nickel hardware.

It's not "vintage", it was just made in 2000. The creed looks accurate but of course we'd need to see the rest of the bag to tell if it was genuine.
Even with larger photos it's really hard to authenticate newer wallets. The best advice we can give is to always buy them using a credit card or through Paypal so if something doesn't seem right when you get it, you at least have a chance of getting your money back. If the wallet was in an auction or online sale listing, a link to the listing might help.
Thank you for the Watson confirmation. It's in excellent shape. Regarding the Willis, I will ask seller for more pics. In her posted pics it looks like the Willis may have been restored with dyes as there are some very dark stains inside the flap. Stay tuned. It is fun to be addicted to Coach.
PS, I agree, 2000 is not vintage!
Can you please authenticate this one? I couldn't find any threads for this seller to see if they are reputable although they are a power seller with good feedback... plus it says 3 available and 10 sold... suspicious?

There don't seem to be any red flags in the seller's history - that's why we ask that the seller's name and auction link be included with authentication requests. There are plenty of shady sellers whose photos may look ok until we look deeper and find that they've been stolen from other sellers or websites, or that the seller has a history that makes it more likely that they may be selling fakes.

I can't quite tell if there's a pocket on the back but if there is, then it's a Pocket Purse. My guess would be some time from 1988 to 1991.
Sounds right, although DemRam is the real expert on this style and on the seriously vintage bags. It's in amazing condition though! Just as a wild guess I'd say early 1970s.
