The pattern is Coach's optic pattern and by the very nature of the overlapping of the Cs and the varying sizes, they don't match. Optics are one of the exceptions to the matching "rule."

It seems to be okay but she shouldn't be using Coach's pictures for her gallery photos in her listings.

I don't see any obvious problems. Please explain what seems wrong and/or post pictures of the parts you question.

Hi BeenBurned-First off I have never seen a Sophia in real life before, so all I have had to go by is pics of them on TPF.When I look at the same bag/color on different sites, ie Ebay and Bonanza it seems this purse is smaller in size and the coloring seems to be off. Now I understand the coloring could be due to the lighting, but I was most surprised at the size of it (knowing it was the small version of the sophia)but didn't expect it too be that small..

Measurements can vary also, depending on where the measurement was taken, whether the bag is stuffed or not, whether it's stretched flat from corner to corner, etc.

The seller described the bag as 14" x 9" x 3" which is even slightly smaller than Coach did it. Often, Coach's measurements are more generous than the items are IRL.

Coach describes the measurements as 14.5" x 10" x 3" so if you think it's small based on your seller's measurements, you'd have been even more disappointed if you purchased from Coach!

Sometimes, it's necessary to make a template to get a feel for the size of the bag.

As for the color difference, it looks like the seller used a flash and the professionally photographed Coach picture probably used whatever room/area lighting that photographers use.

I still don't see any problems. Perhaps someone with the same bag and same color might comment:

Thanks BeenBurned-just looking at other pics of the small on TPF I had a certain expectation based on the size. Unfortunately expectations can breed disappoint me :crybaby:
