1- genuine Madison Tuxedo Bag

2- full-size Ergos came in the same color. And keyrings can be removed.

Please try to get a picture in either natural light or overhead light without flash. Use the macro function for the closeup. (Macro is indicated by a tulip or flower icon.) Pull the lining out of the bag and get a straight on picture.

If you can also get a good clear closeup of the horse and carriage plaque, that would help.

I hope that someone who has this bag can compare it to their bag.

Thank you. It sure looks real. I bought it at an estate sale where the woman of the house had other designer bags and shoes but when I called Coach they told me the only 0502 listed was a wristlet. They were not interested in the B1S part of the serial number. Then I read in this forum how Coach is not reliable about verifying bags not bought in a licensed store.

Coach CS is goofy. Sometimes they do nothing to help. If you would have told them 2001, they should have been able to help.

It looks good. I have bought and sold a few. I like them but I rarely travel. So I buy to satisfy an itch and then I sell them.

Thank you for helping confirm what a lot of people find hard to believe, that Coach employees should never be depended on for valid authenticity information. Not only is the first part of the serial number extremely important when authenticating any Coach, but the fact that one of their classic travel bags like a Cabin Bag isn't even in their system anymore really shows how totally undependable Coach's computer sysytem, and their employees' memories(!) are, especially since the LARGE Cabin Bag style 503 is still in their system AND on their website.

Use it and love it - I bought my husband a used one made in 1994 on Ebay years ago and even after 15 or 20 road trips it's still going strong. It's changed him from a Coach skeptic to a believer.

Hello,
I have a question and am not sure where to post it, so forgive me if this is the wrong place.
I am looking for a small scooter type bag, I have one in green but am looking for a different color. I see many listed on Ebay but some though newer looking have different serial numbers.
Question is...is there a certain set of numbers that make this an authentic scooter bag? Or could there be different variations in the last 3 or 4 numbers?
