It's an authentic "Skinny Tote". The original was designed by Bonnie Cashin, though that one was made after she left coach and they made a few changes to her original design.

Thank you. I knew Bonnie Cashin was known for the kisslock pocket on the outside but I thought I remembered seeing this style with the striped lining.

You're welcome. I've only seen maybe 3 of the originals, made during Cashin's time, and they did have the striped lining.

When Coach changed the styling (longer and different straps, etc) they didn't use the lining.

If it's hard to decipher, it's F7D 9966. I had to use my husband's monitor because mine is horrible. Most Coach items are made in China, just like 95 percent of everything else we buy. The keychain looks completely genuine.
