Instead you could report him to eBay support if his activity is 'shady'. If he has any pastor ongoing suspicious activity they can easily spot it and track, watch, warn or ban him as needed.

Most sellers hate that others steal their work because it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare a listing. For someone else to come along and take the easy "copy and paste" route is not only cheating buyers but it's illegal. It's copyright/intellectual property infringement and is against the law.

In the case of stolen pictures and plagiarized descriptions, ebay won't do diddly unless it's reported by the rights owner and that is the person whose work was used.

So, yes, I would let the rightful owner of the pictures know that another seller has used their work and when questioned has claimed it as their own.

Again, I do not recommend goodguy2012us.

Comments: I noticed a small stamp upper right corner of creed- that look ok? Otherwise I think it looks gorgeous! I did notice small nic in the hardware, but I also could see some wear on the lefthand flap of the purse right along the edge. doesn't look major though.

I got this on ebay, but since the seller had multiple available I don't think the auction photos would help - could someone look at it to give me peace of mind? It's a black leather Ashley F15545, only 1 slip pocket (is that right? I've only ever seen 2 slip pockets in my Coaches) and the zipper is IDEAL, not ykk - which I know doesn't mean it's a fake - just makes me uneasy since the quality of this bag isn't that great - the leather is kind of vinyl like, not soft and nice - but it's an MFF bag so maybe that's just how they are since this bag is supposed to be light and all - does anyone know if Ashleys are just kind of lower class leather? Anyway - here are some photos I took, I did focus on the zipper a lot just to see if anyone else has seen this exact zipper on MFF bags:

It looks good. I don't know what the imprint is. It might be some type of stamp that a particular store uses to mark its items.

It looks fine. That style bag has an open pocket on the front wall and a zipper pocket on the back wall.

Something doesn't feel right but I am hoping I am wrong. Seller sells a lot of Coach and all of it is claimed to be brand new, purchased at the Coach store. Even though this bag is from 2008 :?:
The descriptions of the bags seem copied and the rest is written in poor grammar. I do not mean to poke fun at anyone with bad grammar but I got burned by a situation very similar to this and don't want to again. Thanks to anyone who can take a look. :heart:
