It's hard to say with either one - the first one has a few odd details, and the second one is so badly photographed that it's hard to tell what it's supposed to be. At first glance they seem to be ok but I can't be 100 percent sure, let's just call it 90 percent. There's not enough there to make me sure they're genuine but definitely not enough to even think of reporting them as fake.
As for the questionable sites you found similar bags listed, a site selling fakes often steals photos of genuine bags from Coach.com or from legitimate sellers so often that doesn't prove anything either way, or the sites may actually be selling genuine bags - anything's possible. What someone might actually get could be very different from the photos.
