Hi again.. Thanks for the previous authentications today..

Name: COACH LARGE NYC Vintage CASHIN ERA Briefbag Handbag BLACK LEATHER - RARE
Number: 250962394149
Seller: rboristhekatbargains
Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250962394149#ht_5012wt_850

Thanks, again!

It's not a Briefbag, it's probably a Shopping Tote, late 70s or early 1980s. If it says Made In New York City it's probably not made in the Bonnie Cashin era and it's DEFINITELY NOT 50 years old! It may be genuine but I'd still want to see a clear photo of the creed stamp.

(The link it includes contains quite a bit of incorrect information BTW.)

How about this? Authentic?
Authentic Coach Signature Stripe Large Tote Handbag Purse Khaki Gold NWT 18798
Item:190621527467
Seller:maishuren
Link:http://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/Authenti...467?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item2c61edadab
Thanks in advance.

Without a clear photo of the creed patch and serial number there's no way to authenticate it. Those "collage" photos are worse than useless for determining authenticity and I don't recommend depending on them when you're thinking about buying any style that, like this one, might technically be a new number but that has been highly faked for years under different style numbers.

I will let the seller know since he gave me a lame excuse for not giving me a closer picture of the creed. Thanks.

Please authenticate this bag:

Comments:Not sure if it's ok.
Thanks in advance.

The bag seems ok but I personally wouldn't buy anything from that seller. Do a forum Search here and check the seller's Feedback history at Toolhaus.org and you'll find that ID mentioned. There have been numerous authenticity and SNAD issues with that seller according to Toolhaus.

The bag looks to be in rough condition, the wear at the corners is just going to get worse, and that's a very hard fabric to try and clean.

Oops... Ok, this is the response I meant to quote... The seller refused to provide a creed picture by saying the bag is stored away. I told him what you said here and maybe he will change his mimd.
