All three are Cwap - Coach didn't make two of those styles and the leather trims on the Patchwork don't even match each other. Please report.

They made something similar to the Patchwork but the colors of both the leather trim and half the patches are wrong, among other things:

can someone please help me?

i just sold a gently used Maggie on ebay, and had only sent out the bag yesterday
buyer submitted a 'significantly not as described' dispute even though the bag have not reached her. she said she didnt realise i was in a different country - she's probably the only one who didnt notice since i sold other stuff as well.

she said she took pics to the coach store to verify and the girls tell her the bag is not real....i am just shocked! the bag is definitely authentic! how can this be?

Ugh! From the pictures you've shown, the bag looks fine but a picture of the creed is necessary to be sure.

Please direct the buyer here because she needs to understand a few important points.

1. The time to have asked questions should have been before bidding and buying
2. If she didn't have time to authenticate beforehand, she could have come here before paying to ask about the item
3. Coach is the last place to go for authentication, especially when that request is showing an ebay listing!!

It's no secret that Coach hates ebay, doesn't want to see their bags being sold on ebay (or any other website besides their own partners) and they're known to LIE to customers like your buyer when they know an item was purchased online.

Your buyer should come and express her concerns and if it turns out that Coach lied to her, she owes you an apology (pending a pic of the creed) and should end the dispute.

(ANd this isn't even taking into account that she opened a dispute without having even received the bag!)

i didnt take any photo of the coach creed and the bag is already in transit :(

sigh i feel just so rotten receiving that email from her and the paypal dispute thing.

and yes thats my ebay listing! she is not even a newbie ebayer which makes me even more angry!
