Comments:

I've been wanting this bag but can only find it on amazon. I'm a little hesitant, because i dont want to end up with a fake and am unsure of this trendigirlz seller. If anyone can give me some advice; i'd appreciate it. Thanks!!:smile1:
The particular listing you've asked about isn't sold by Trendigirlz; it's sold by Fashionista and Bob.

Personally, I wouldn't buy highly faked brands from Amazon nor would I recommend Amazon because from experience, I've found that Amazon allows and in fact condones use of pictures from other sources. There's no way to know what you'll be getting.

And in fact, the listing you've asked about has the same pictures as the following listing. (I don't know whether either the Amazon or the Ebay seller's pictures are their own but the fact that both listings have the same pictures certainly raises red flags regarding the Amazon seller.)

In fact, on further review of listings from Fashionista and Bob, I wouldn't recommend that seller. At least some listings definitely use stolen pictures.

It appears the seller photoshops backgrounds and details in order to disguise the picture theft.

This listing photoshopped the background and tag:

Stay away from Fashionista and Bob.

There are several listings on ebay for that bag and color. Before bidding or buying, ask about any that you're considering.

If I knew of any research source, it would already have been checked. The only thing you can do is keep an eye on Ebay listings for vintage bags for the one in ten million chance that someone selling one has the name, style number and original paperwork. There's no organized information I've found that covers older styles, unfortunately.

If you like to check out local garage sales, you might ask anyone selling old Coaches if they happen to have any old catalogs too. I've tried but never found any, but who knows? Maybe someone here will get lucky. :smile1:

thank you Hyacinth, .. I replied to your post earlier but it looks like it didn't post so I hope I am not repeating myself here .. but, I will keep my eyes open on Ebay and try local garage sales too (for catalogs as well) .. :)
:)

I don't want to post in worst fakes unless I am certain .. so please have a look at this bag.

Comments: I just came across this bag. No creed picture. However, Just based on the one picture posted, the stitching and the Coach leatherware stamp on the front of the bag doesn't look right.

Thank you!
Based on the single picture, there aren't any red flags. But in order to be sure, we need to see a picture of the inside.

Thank you!

Coach did a Retro line in Fall 2002 that used the Coach Leatherware stamp. I can't find this particular one but the style number seems to be 9353 and I don't see any problems with it.

Don't ever think something's fake because you haven't seen it before. And there were quite a few bags, especially Totes, that used that stamp. It was also used on one of their Legacy lines in 2003-04:
