For some of the jewelry items, the seller appears to buy Coach keychains and disassembles them and uses the charms to make jewelry. She accurately titles the listings as "Coach charm with chain" rather than selling as a "Coach necklace," thereby implying that the item was made by Coach.
My concern is with these listings. They are NOT authentic Coach charms and the seller mixes authentic and fakes:

Her carefully worded descriptions are such that it's clear that she knows which items are fakes and which are authentic. And although stating "authentic" isn't really necessary (since by law, everything must be authentic), she describes the authentic items as "authentic" and omits the word from the fakes.
