If I'm buying a bag or a wallet I want it the way Coach originally sold it. Once a seller removes the checkbook cover or the hangtags, the value of the item goes down and the final buyer isn't getting what she's paying for.

Although I bought a groovy that was missing the hangtags because they had been stolen from the store. I originally thought Coach would replace them, but they only have the standard ones, not those fancy sparkly ones. So I was lucky that some lowlife was selling the hangtags so I could replace them.
