If it's Listia, a site where they "give" stuff away by earning points, the same laws and policies apply.

The only way you can "legally" give it away is to give it to a friend, your sister, your cousin, your mother, etc.

In fact, it's even illegal to resell fakes at garage sales.

Based on the single picture in the listing, the bag did appear okay.

I requested additional pictures from the seller and asked about the serial number and her response was (and I quote):

I can send you more pictures if you would like, but will go ahead and tell you that the purse is a replica.

That's interesting, the patches are all correct, but the creed would probably have decided the question.

WTH:laugh:? I posted it because I thought it looked cheap. A part of me likes to think that some sellers are just plain ignorant about what they are selling. It's nice to know I'm completely wrong.
