It looks like some type of Madison foldover but as Hyacinth pointed out, the turnlock appears to be different from other similar styles.

If you search "madison foldover clutch," there are a few listings for a similar item with what the turnlocks generally look like.

Can you request additional pictures from the seller?

If any of them have serial numbers that include the style number (the serial numbers that start with a letter of the alphabet) that would help.

The light tan one in the center may be a Stewardess Bag but we'd need more photos. The small one at the lower right may be a Mini Belt Bag but without being able to see how the strap attaches, that's just a guess.

That's gray in the center and it's JUST LIKE a stewardess bag but smaller, and without feet. The numbers were stamped in gold then, and have long since worn off, but it was the kind with a letter and a short number...I mailed in the registration card at the time, but that means nothing 25 years later... The small one IS a belt bag! Thanks! Anybody else have ideas?

Hi Hyacinth and Been-Burned,
A while back I submitted some photo's of what I thought was possibly a vintage coach but without a creed. Hyacinth you told me to look around in the pockets to see if the was a hidden label of some kind. I found a stamp of some kind on the opposite wall from where the creed would have been. I do not have a picture in this link of the pocket but it is free of creed and has brass pull fob and zipper. I was hoping you could take a look at it again. Everything feels like the old classics but I'll let you decide. Thanks!
Sue

Is this authentic? I noticed that the Seller has several Coach bags listed, all for very reasonable prices, so I can't decide whether she's just trying to get rid of some bags quickly or selling fakes.

Item: Coach (authentic) leather Legacy
Listing number:180628730514
Seller: Bagitup540
Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/COACH-authentic...514?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item2a0e4fb292

I have already written to the Seller regarding hangtags. She said it does not include the Coin or the Coach leather hangtag.

TIA for your help.

It looks okay.

Other opinions are welcome.

Hi There!
I am interested in purchasing a Mia Ocelot #15776 in the leopard print. The seller seems to have great feedback. I've never purchased a purse on ebay before so I was looking for some advice. Here's the link:

or this one has tags:

Thanks!
Both look good but #1 should have several more detailed pictures including a clear and legible picture of the creed and a picture of the front plaque.

Item: COACH EYEGLASS HARD CASE SMALL SIZE
Listing number:270705822843
Seller:eyelesus

It looks okay although I thought Ebay wasn't allowing the sale of eyeglass cases that aren't sold separately. The hardshell Coach cases that this seller sells are included free when buyers purchase sunglasses.

Item: New Authentic COACH Eyeglass Case w/ Cloth Unique Gift

Seller:mark93cobr

Is this one better?
This is another case that comes with the glasses when customers buy the glasses. The cases aren't sold separately.

Thank you. I didn't realize the auction was for sunglasses with a free case.
I think you might have misunderstood my comments. This seller isn't selling the sunnies. He's only selling the case. My comment stated that the cases aren't sold as free-standing items.

The sunglass cases you've asked about are not sold by Coach. They are only available to customers who buy a pair of glasses, i.e., the case is included as part of the purchase.

If a customer goes to a Coach store and asks for a case for their Coach glasses (presumably to replace a lost case?), the SA will often give them a free replacement.

Since the cases aren't available for sale, how are these people getting that many items to sell? Are they requesting free "replacements" and taking advantage of Coach's liberal good will?

As for selling them, this is the policy on the prohibited accessories items. It says that if an accessory is included free of charge with a purchased item, that accessory can't be sold separately.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-accessories.html

I believe the items you've asked about are authentic. I was just scratching my head about whether they're allowed to be listed or is ebay just ignoring the listings?
