Guessing this is fake, since I can't find another one on this planet like it, no matter what search terms I use, but just want to verify before I report -

Item: Coach Authentic Laptop Business Bag
Number: 140507863537
Seller: startrackenterprise
Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/Coach-Authentic...ultDomain_0&hash=item20b6ebd9f1#ht_720wt_1139

No negative feedback for the seller, but it looks like they were all fakes and the buyers didn't know!
Do not buy from startrackenterprise.

This listing is fake as are the completed listings for "Coach" laptop bags.

Two other buyers got taken for $152.50 for these fakes:

Yup, thought so. I really wish Coach WOULD make a bag like that - I'd snap a couple up in a heartbeat! :D Consider it reported.

EDIT: I reported EVERY ITEM, even the ones completed and the ones that still had item numbers in the feedback. I saw some poor people really got hosed. I don't know if they will do anything if the sale is already completed, but maybe I can stop someone else from being ripped off.

And the completed wallet? That Carriage emblem looks bogus and is seriously lopsided.

I hope I did the right thing but I seen these at the Good Will and I only paid $5.00 a piece for them , could you tell me if these are real.. I have no idea what style they are. But these seem to be made really well.

How do I get my pictures on?

It always helps to post measurements along with photos.

Both are genuine. They look like Dinky Bags from the early or mid 1980s but only if they're about 9x5 inches. .

Yup, fake. That's why I referred to teh items in the seller's feedback too.

I don't think this seller would know authentic if they walked into the outlet or boutique.

Here's the actual bag and a different style from the same family showing the blue color combination - and BTW, many Factory Store bags
are faked, especially recently. They seem to be coming from China mainly through the Philippines and all need to be authenticated:

Thank you. I appreciate the reply. I have only purchased one bag from the factory and it was a MFF bag - though I believe there was a similar editorial bag made. I think I will stick to the boutique if fakes are prevalent as I am not yet able to spot a good fake from a real bag.

With regard to the bag, the picture of the blue bag you posted is a lot nicer than the one that I found so terrible. I showed the picture to my mother and upon careful inspection she decided that your picture was the bag she saw. So maybe it was not a fake after all. I am glad that I was able to get some good information, at any rate.

You're welcome.

The other genuine satchel style in blue that I posted a picture of (Ombre Leather Sabrina, I think) has been frequently faked but that's the first photo I've seen of a fake Tote style in that line. The differences in how the waves in the individual leather pieces are cut usually make it easy to spot fakes in that style.

But remember, if a professional counterfeiting organization wants to spend the time and money to make their fakes look genuine, they can (and some do). Buying directly from a Coach store is always the safest, but there are plenty of honest Ebay and Bonanza sellers who deal only in genuine Coach. Always ask here before you bid.
