They both look ok, though the first one should have a closeup picture of the creed.

Style 13531 is the original full-price version made for the 10th anniversary of the Hamptons collection.

Style 14867 is a MFF (Made for Factory outlet) re-release of the style.

It's genuine. Possibly a Madison Satchel although the measurements in the listing are a bit small. If it's a Madison it came with a long shoulder strap but they often got lost over the years. That one's probably from the mid 70s to mid 80s.

I think the bag looks fine but you might want to request pictures of the both sides of the corners. The one picture she has shows severe soiling as well as the appearance that the nap has completely worn away from the suede.

Make sure you can live with the condition because the suede will be next-to-impossible to clean and where worn away, it's irreparable.
