I personally would not purchase Coach from Amazon - you are actually purchasing from individual sellers, not Amazon.com. Many sellers use stock photos or stolen photos taken from other sources. There's no way to authenticate and there's no telling what you'll end up getting. For example, in the link above, this bag is available from two different sellers and there are no pictures of the actual bag. You would need many more pictures in order to authenticate the bag, such as the front, back, bottom, inside, hardware, picture of the creed.

The bag is authentic. Note that based on the description, I don't believe the scarf is included although, IMO, if she wasn't including the scarf, it should have been omitted from the pictures. ETA: I just realized that there's another possible error in the description.
First she says:
I have up for sale an authentic Coach silver pleated hobo with square butterfly scarf (also Coach).
But then she says, which at first I took to mean that the scarf wasn't included. (I missed the mention above):
For sale in total is the purse only, I do not have the original receipt or dustbag (another dustbag will be included).
I think the references to LV in the description are in error. The seller has sold several LV bags and probably just forgot to edit that part of the description.
As for the leather, the texture doesn't really feel like suede although there's a texture to it and she was attempting to describe it. She probably didn't realize that the creed refers to goat suede.

With the exception of Coach.com, any website with "Coach" in the name of it sells fakes.
This seller was giving you all kinds of gobbledy-gook without coming right out and saying that they sell fakes.
BeenBurned, can you help me out with a scarf? I bought it a few weeks ago from ebay, but ended up going to the Coach site and getting one that was a little more "to die for" than this one. I want to re-list it, but want to make sure it's authentic first. Here are pics I took myself, as the one from the listing I bought it from is terrible.
