What are you seeing that you say is fake? I'm not seeing anything at this time.

From what I see, the keychain in question looks okay.

Also, although this is a seller who buys keychains and disassembles them to make her own homemade jewelry using the Coach charms and generic chains, all the charms on those chains look fine.

IMO, the seller isn't forthright enough in disclosing that the jewelry isn't Coach-made but again, the charms look fine.

The charm looks fine. There were several different keychains that came with similar flower charms and I'm not sure which it came from but I don't see anything that leads me to think it's fake.

You want to be really careful about alleging a counterfeit item if you aren't sure. Such allegations can do damage to a seller's reputation.

Seller aboutsales is a trusted seller with a long history of selling only authentic items. (And her feedback is approaching 20,000 - way more than the 1000 that you mentioned!)
