As a seller, it's her responsibility to confirm authenticity before listing. Unless a seller buys from a legit retailer, she should ******************. Maybe she believes that a "wholesaler" who told her they were authentic was telling the truth.

ETA: I don't believe that the seller is being honest with you nor do I think she made an "honest" mistake.

Her recent feedback includes an allegation that she sold a fake MJ bag and included a fake receipt.

I agree that I think the seller is lying. She has sold several other suspect items and in the Coach bag listing she uses the "unwanted gift" excuse. I think she knows the bag is fake.

Has the seller shipped the bag yet? If she hasn't shipped yet, tell her not to ship and that you want a refund. There's a possibility that the seller may not have shipped yet because of the heavy snow and bad weather that's going on in the UK.

If the seller refuses to refund, you can open a SNAD (Significantly Not As Described) case with ebay. See this page for instructions:

shoe_shopper21 - Please don't say something is fake or authentic without knowing for sure. There's no way to authenticate this bag based on two blurry pictures that don't show the details of the bag.

I agree with BB. There aren't enough pictures in this listing (or on any of this seller's listings) to determine authenticity. I wonder how the seller has so many wallets for sale.

I contacted the seller and she refunded me, she said--->

"I have refunded your money and please dont bid on any of my items again! I reiterate that the bag is genuine and I object strongly to your suggestions that it is not the real thing.In future I suggest you only bid on something if you are happy to purchase the item."

I told her I will buy the item if she can proof to me the item is authentic/genuine..or just a simple closeup of the creed number/coach tags.....no reply.

her listing for a mulberry bag just ended and somebody paid gbp240 for it..im pretty sure it is a fake bag as well..

i will put a negative feedback for her. currently her feedback is 100% positive which is why people are bidding for her items.

Comments: I asked the seller about the "minor marks" and for more pictures. She said they were not cuts or rubs in the leather, just marks. She also said the bag has never been carried, but she listed it as pre-owned due to the marks. I asked for more pictures, but have not receive any.

#1 - Looks ok, but there should be a picture of the creed as well as the inside of the bag.

#2 - Please ask for a picture of the creed and of the inside of the bag.

#3 - Looks ok.

I wonder why this seller doesn't always include creed pics in all of his listings. A seller who has sold as much Coach as this seller has should know that a picture of the creed should be shown.

All appear to be fine but #1 and #2 should have creed pictures. #2 needs more pictures.
