Other opinions are welcome but I think it's okay.

I think it looks crooked because of the way the bag is slouched.

I agree that it looks fine. BB is right - the logo plaque isn't crooked, it's the bag that's slouched.

"Hamptons" is really a family rather than just a single style. Coach has used the Hamptons name on dozens of different styles over the years and there have been several dozen different styles made just for the Factory Outlet Stores with the name. So the best thing to do is to post photos and style numbers of the designs you really like at the regular Coach forum here and ask if the posters there can recommend similar styles and style numbers in leather.

As for telling real from fake, that's almost impossible to say because every style is different, and there are dozens if not hundreds of fakes makers and they all do things their own way. The best thing to do is have each bag looked at here before bidding.

You also have to understand that we don't go into detail about what mistakes the fakes makers and sellers are making - they read these forums too, and we're not going to give them information on how to make their fakes more accurate.
