I consider myself a fairly decent detective and I tried to find that bag you purchased in July and wasn't successful. How did she find the listing and what was the item? Who is the seller from whom you purchased? I found an ebay buyer with your ID but didn't find any Coach purchases.
I question whether someone actually found a listing that you purchased.
Interesting. I'm not getting how she connected "Becky" to "BJ" but that's not important at this point.
(Just for the record, as much as those of us who are passionately against fakes want to protect buyers from getting ripped off, there are members who ebay has naru'ed when they've made those types of contacts. The tpf'er might want to consider the possible consequences should ebay find out.)
That said, I have looked at
libra5010's current and completed listings since those are the only ones I'm able to view and I see what appears to be an authentic Coach listing for style 7081, I also see that the seller has a fake listing that includes 2 fake Dooneys and a fake LV (with "Vuitton" misspelled.)
libra5010's completed listings also appear to be a combination of authentic and fakes.
So the best I can advise is that you post pictures of the bag you received from this seller and let us see the actual item. That's the only way to determine whether you got taken or not.
I don't recommend buying from
libra5010 as it appears the seller buys on ebay for the purpose of resale but she doesn't know how to tell the difference between authentic and fake. I do see seller names in her feedback from whom I know she purchased authentic items but clearly, a reseller who doesn't know the difference shouldn't be shopping on ebay.
If the PF'er who contacted you is reading, she should know that although her heart may have been in the right place in trying to protect a buyer, she was wrong about everything from the seller being fake. But in fact, a seller who mixes authentic and fake is often more misleading to buyers than a seller of all fakes.
