Am I reading the serial number correctly? Is that an "N" for the month?

Please wait for further opinions but I think this might be a new number for Hyacinth's "list." My little google search pulled up at least 4 different styles with that number.

Hi, I am new to Coach and have been seeing this bag being carried around and really like it. Please help as I would like to get my first Coach bag and really want this style to be the one. Also out of curiosity what is the difference between F15478 to F15471? I am also new to posting, and would really appreciate your expertise. Is this considered a good deal?

It's fine. It was called a Belted Clutch and was on page 8 of Coach's 2003 "Sparkle" holiday catalog.

$228, before you ask. :D

It looks good, though there should be a closeup picture of the creed. Style 15471 is the larger size and 15478 is the smaller one.
