You're very welcome.

You're always safer posting questions to verify that items are authentic than to take a chance and having to fight for a refund in the event that you got a fake.

I'm sorry but the bag is a bad fake. It's unlike any legitimate Coach style. Part of the bag is trying to look like a Coach Carly, but other details are nothing like a Carly.

Although Goodwill is a charitable organization, they still have to obey the law concerning the sale of fakes. As a retailer/seller, they are obligated to confirm authenticity before they put items out on the selling floor.

Even if you didn't spend a lot of money, you should take the bag back and request (or demand) a refund.

As for googling the serial number to determine authenticity, that system is extremely unreliable. Many fakes have legitimate and valid serial numbers but that doesn't make the fake bag real. And many authentic bags have serial numbers that may not show up in a google search but the bags are no less authentic.

(In the case of your bag, the serial number is invalid. The prefix has an invalid date code and the style number doesn't match the bag. I'm not sure that 1021 is a valid style number for any Coach item.)

There isn't a site that shows every item that Coach has ever made.

I think it looks good. We've seen bags with a 99999 number before. I believe it indicates that it was a sample or prototype. I've seen a different style bag with a 99999 number where the date code didn't correspond with the production release date of the style. That seems to be the case with this bag.
