Yes, the photos are enough to know that they're fake.

If your friend is selling the items on ebay, she needs to end the listings because they're illegal to sell.

Do you have both her ID and link to listings as well as the seller from whom she purchased?

I don't know from whom in ebay she got them, but I'll try to get that info from her... She's not selling on ebay, only offering to some other girls from the office, she's a coworker.

What gives it away, the purses being fake? I'm not much of a connoseur in Coach yet... the plastic on the handles? or is there something else?

Thanks BeenBurned!

I didn't even think they could do anything for me especially since it was an older style by the time I broughti it in. I was honest about it and I asked about the cleaning options because I really didn't want to give up the bag. That was my last option. She said they don't really clean that as a repair, but she suggested to get a different bag of at least the ticketed price of the tag which was still attatched. I found an bag I liked that was worth even more money and paid extra cus I felt bad and wanted to give them a sale as a thanks. I didn't even think they could do anything for me to be honest. But I was really suprised and almost cried. I loved the parker bag though. I eventually finally got the parker bag recently on ebay with out as much of the green, but the one I have now has a small streak of green. I just wondered what it meant. I was trying to get it authenticated by the numbers. I'd just boughten the bag on ebay (parker) and wondered if the serial numbers were correct and that it matched that bag. It was the onyl thing I could go by since the auction ended. It ended at $87 and the second lady labeled it wrong. Which is why I was asking for authenticity. Sorry.. Not trying to piss anyone off. The first lady I bought it from was on Craigs list. I obviously learned to only buy bags on ebay. Sorry. didn't mean to make anyone upset...

Hi!
A friend of mine is selling these two items, stating she purchased them some time ago from an online reseller in ebay, but does not have the original seller information. She is selling these for 100 each. I only have one picture per bag.

Do these photos offer enough information to determine if these are authentic?
Thanks for your input!

To be honest, I didn't even enlarge the pictures to see the plastic on the handles. That plastic is the least of the problems.

The styles aren't even Coach styles and the pictures are common pictures seen on nearly every fake-selling website.

Here's one website: http://www.fadbase.com/coach-handbags-6869-p-16891.html

IMO, she isn't much of a friend if she'll sell this trash to co-workers. She also needs to know that it's not just unethical to sell fakes. It's illegal and she can find herself in big trouble with the law. Please warn your other co-workers to stay away from the co-worker and her bags.

Ps.. we already tried going back to the craigslist seller and she refused to give us a refund, she didn't respond for a while, she got emotional, she called us old ladies, and she denied of any stain on the purse. Paypal also never did respond. The sales clerk saw the stain instantly. Greenish-yellow on a white purse isn't hard to see..

Gasp! They even have the same numbers on top of the pic! Shame on them!

Either she's aware and being abusive with us (selling at 100!?!?) or was abused by someone else, unaware of how fake these are. I'll let her know of this site you gave me...

Thanks a lot BB!
