Hi, can anyone authenticate this vintage coach station bag?

Also, it's missing the cross-body strap and hang-tags... does anyone know where I might be able to get replacements (and roughly how much it might cost)?

Thanks so much for your help!

The bag looks fine. It's an older "Station Bag" probably from the late 1980's - 1993.

A few years ago I called the Coach 800 number (listed on their website) to inquire about a replacement strap. At that time, the replacement strap was between $30 and $40.

If you call Coach, tell them you have a British Tan Station Bag, Style #5130, and they can tell you if they have the strap and how much it is. They should also be able to send you a replacement hang tag.

If they don't have it, there is an ebay seller who sells new straps for Coach bags, though they aren't made by Coach.

I don't see any obvious problems with any but they all need clear creed pictures.

Okay guys...no rush here because I already have this keychain. It was my first one, bought from an outlet. While browsing ebay, I came across these two...they look very similar, but different. Which one is fake...or are either of them fake? Why would Coach use the same colors, just change the font? One is Op Art, the other normal sig. Anyways, here's the pics.

I have this one:

But I also found this one:

So, what is up with this? Thanks!

That's interesting, I don't remember noticing the classic Signature C version before. Do you still have the style number, maybe from the price tag?
ETA - Never mind, I found it - 92721. Maybe the classic Sig was outlet-only? Both styles are genuine.

The only one I have saved is the Op Art version, 92451. Here's Coach's website pic, I'll add the other one to my collection too:

It appears to be ok, but please wait for more opinions, as wallets are hard to authenticate from pictures.

ok......other opinions pls...thanks:smile1:

Sometimes there's just no way to tell from photos, and this is one of those times. You have to decide if you're willing to take a chance. Since the seller ofers local pickup, if it feels thin and cheap or smells strange, tell the seller you don't want it.

Hi,

So, on a somewhat irresponsible whim i bought these bags...and im having serious doubts. i have not received them yet, but here are the pics.
serial numbers: H40-9908 (i think, it is difficult to read) and i didnt even get a picture of the serial number on the other one though seller lists it as E5F-5130.
here's the seller's link:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...5794669&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_786wt_960

icould not upload the pictures directly...the files are too large to upload here... which is why the seller didnt put them on the site. i had to put them on this flickr.

i would really appreciate it if anyone had an insight...

They look fine. When you get them maybe you can post clear photos of the creeds.

9908 is the "Devon" and 5130 is the "Station Bag".
