Clearly, the seller has a camera and uses her own pictures. There is no need for a stock photo and to use them is infringing on Coach's copyright.
When a designer's website, a store, or even another ebay seller does the work involved to take pictures, edit, host, write listings (or descriptions - in the case of the designer website), etc., there time and expense involved in doing that work.I dont understand what you mean by that
For another seller to come along and take the easy "copy and paste" route is not only unfair to the owner of the pictures but it's unethical, dishonest and against the law. Plagiarism is illegal.
The seller you asked about has a camera. She takes good pictures. There is absolutely no reason why she should also take advantage of the work that Coach does to take its copyrighted pictures for its own website.
