It's not a mistake. That's the way that bag was made. All bags of that style had that unmatched and uncentered pattern.

You are correct that it's a FAKE and so is her other bag.
Coach doesn't make bags in Korea and they do not have 5 digit serial numbers.
Don't buy from jjreagan. The bag you've asked about is fake as is this other listing with the same invalid serial number:
