Exactly. If it was already so pristine and perfect, why did it need rejuvenating? All it should have needed was a quick conditioning, if that.

And don't you like how s/he's wearing white gloves in the photos? Either that dye is still sticky enough to show fingerprints, or it's really hard to get off your hands. I wouldn't want to wear anything besides black clothes while carrying that bag - and the other ones he's selling.

They also have a "Bonnie Cashin" bag advertised for a ridiculous price. But the bag is a Laurel Bag from the Lightweights line and didn't even come out until 1990 - Bonnie Cashin left Coach in 1974.

I wouldn't trust energyambit as far as I could throw him.

I am glad you gals concurred. Once in a great while a dyed bag gets past me. I get so mad when it happens. I am much more careful than I used to be.

There is an eBay seller in Florida that dyes bags and then sells them as rejuvenated. Not the same ones as the group we all know. I actually used them to dye an older Hudson that came to me totally shot. It was almost all scuffed and white. But I started it at 99 cents and disclosed it. Now I just return (or do 99 cent specials) most of the crud I get stuck with unless it is my fault.
