The photos won't copy, and the picture of the creed is hard to read, but it looks like number D04J-7060 or 7000

Thanks so much, I really appreciate all your expertise!!!
The bag looks fine to me.

Although I don't have 7066 in my photo collection, the style number on the creed looks like it says 7066. I would have thought that bag was 9260.

UPDATED! The style number of the bag in the listing above is 7086 and IS the correct style number for the limited edition poppy hobo.

If that's the attitude, file a dispute. Why should a scammer make money when he broke the law and listed a fake.

And if, as he said, he bought the item at an "authorized Coach retailer," that's his problem to take the fake back to them and fight it out. He has no business visiting his problems on you.

If you file a dispute, you might not even be required to return the bag. Lately, paypal has been authorizing buyers of fakes to confirm destruction of the bag and on submission of a statement that you did that, they refund your full payment. (They do it this way because too often, when the scamming seller gets the fake back, they relist it and rip off a future buyer.)

Even if Paypal doesn't tell you to destroy the bag, you'll be requested to return the fake to the seller (use delivery confirmation as proof of return) and on submission of proof of receipt of the fake, Paypal will refund your initial full payment, including shipping. Only return shipping and d.c. will be at your expense.

Now, save the listing, neg the seller (before the listing poofs) and file your dispute. It's important that the seller get negative feedback since he's unwilling to acknowledge that he sold a fake and is also unwilling to do the right thing by refunding your full payment.

As proof of un-authenticity, state that the serial number is a well-known and commonly seen fake serial number. You might even include the link above that lists the fake numbers.

I filed a dispute.
I really hope that I won't be required to send the bag back to him, because, as you said, he will just resell it to someone else. I started to leave neg feedback, but realized that I can't until I actually get the bag...:shame:.

I'm very glad I found this site yesterday. What a wonderful resource! Hopefully I won't get ripped off again. I was seriously up ALL Night last night reading page after page on this thread, and inspecting my eBay Coach purchases VERY carefully several times, and comparing them to my retail purchases...and fuming that I got taken on such an obvioulsy fake bag!

Thanks again for your help. I'll be back for more, because I can't seem to get enough COACH bags!!

It is a cute bag! I hope you win!

This is belong to my friend
Please help to look at this wallet

http://i48.tinypic.com/wmdovd.jpg

Thank you

We need to see more photos. Wallets are often counterfeited and just one photo is usually not enough to show all the important details. Can you take photos of the inside and outside of the wallet opened up all the way, the box and cards and wrappings that it came with, and the inside and outside of the checkbook holder? I'd also like to see a better picture of the long thin black strip that looks like it's attached to the inside - it's at the far right in the photo.

It looks okay but if you can get the seller to send a clear picture of the creed, it would be helpful.

Since time is short I'm going to suggest that since there don't seem to be any obvious red flags and if you still want it, bid but be sure to pay with Paypal funded by a credit card. Or you can wait to pay until you get the creed pics and post them here. You can always post pics of the bag after you receive it.

Thanks to you guys who have given help to me in the last few days, being a newbie. I would never slam someone who is trying to help...I think the other person owes a big I'M SORRY to BeenBurned!!! You were rude.

I totally agree! I am also a newbie and I recently made my first ebay purchase of a coach purse - and I love it! Totally because of the expertise and assistance given by the lovely ladies that so kindly help us out! Thank you!
