thanks a million starrymaz:smile1: You are the best! Unlike beenburned keep ignoring my post. Boo!
????

Excuse me? I have no idea what you're talking about but those of us who help here are doing so voluntarily! We are doing you a favor so you don't have to pay someone else for an authentication. You're getting FREE advice and it's given on our own time. No one is paying us to help you.

Just because someone doesn't respond to a post doesn't mean we're ignoring you. Sometimes posts are missed and we never saw your post. Other times, if we aren't sure of the answer, we don't respond. And still other times, if some else has given advice, we don't repeat it.

With all due respect, whywhy89, rather than "booing" those who didn't respond, accept the advice of those who do. Then move on.

Hi there, sorry to re-post, didn't see any reply. It's 3.30am here and I can't sleep not knowing whether the bag is authentic or not. :shame:

Anyone? Many, many thanks in advance!

Oh my gosh!! Get your beauty sleep! The bag is authentic. I just wasn't sure of the style name so I didn't respond but after a bit of research, I can tell you it's a signature pleated gallery tote.

I second what Been Burned said. We don't work for you and we don't work for tPF - we do this on our OWN time and our OWN dime, and if someone doesn't answer you right away maybe it's because they have OTHER responsibilities in their lives or maybe they'd rather wait for someone more familiar with that style.

You owe Been Burned an apology.

Jeez.

^No worries, BB we appreciate you... the oldies AND the newbies... even when they don't show the appreciate as they should....

Thanks Bunny and Hyacinth.

I'm new and can't find the member who is looking for a Legacy satchel in Pond. There is one on ebay rght now, only and hour+ to go on it. Thanks to you guys who have given help to me in the last few days, being a newbie. I would never slam someone who is trying to help...I think the other person owes a big I'M SORRY to BeenBurned!!! You were rude.

Both listings look ok.

The format that we're asking members to use whan asking for authenticity opinions is posted WAAAAAY back on Page 1 of this thread. It helps other members search for sellers' names, too.

I have a problem that maybe you can give me some advice on. I did a dumb thing and purchased a bag because it was the right size and color, even though I was suspicious. Well... after reading your very helpful information, I am sure it is fake-- the number is NT-4115 and it says it was made in the US!

Item: COACH Signature, Pink, Handbag
Listing #:220560531237
Seller: ecomguy101

I contacted him with this message:

"Dear ecomguy101,
Hi. Even though I have not yet received this item...after doing some research about authentic versus fake Coach bags, and taking another look at the photos of this purse, it is obvious that it is fake. What would you like to do to resolve the issue?"

And he replied:

"I'm sorry but you are incorrect. It is authentic. It was purchased roughly 4 years ago from a coach retailer. The tag on the inside, inwhich pictures were provided, prooves the authenticity."

The bag has not arrived yet, so I haven't seen or held it in person, but from what I now know, it can't be real, right?. Should my next step be to report this to eBay?

Thanks

While I am asking for help, I may as well have you look at another bag for me. :)

Item: Rare Limited Edition Coach Poppy Authentic Purse

Seller: fortunatepaulasimon

The photos won't copy, and the picture of the creed is hard to read, but it looks like number D04J-7060 or 7000

Thanks so much, I really appreciate all your expertise!!!
