Can someone help me? I am new and can't find out how to post a new request to authenticate a purse that is listed on ebay. I understand the requirements, etc., but can't find the "post a new request" . Thanks....O!

Also, how can I look up ebay sellers to see if they do sell authentic, or have been known to sell fakes?

I think it's ok but would really like to know or see the serial number.

To check on a seller, you can ask by posting the listing you're interested in, or you can use this forum's Search feature or the main Search for the entire site.

For a Coach seller, click on the SEARCH THIS THREAD link right above the first post on each page and enter the seller's ID.

If you use the main forum Search, be sure to check the box that says SHOW RESULTS AS POSTS.

You should also always check the seller's Neutral and Negative Feedback record here if it's an Ebay seller:

And be sure to actually read what their customers have written.

Regarding receipts, a legitimate receipt doesn't prove authenticity. It only shows that an authentic item was purchased at some point.

Dishonest sellers have been known to show authentic receipts but ship fakes or they've got fake receipts. (Yep, even receipts are faked.)

As for your other questions regarding creeds, you're referring to the outlet "bullet" that Coach stamps on bags that were purchased from an outlet.

Understand that an outlet bag is no less perfect than a boutique bag; just less expensive.

Both listings look ok.

The format that we're asking members to use whan asking for authenticity opinions is posted WAAAAAY back on Page 1 of this thread. It helps other members search for sellers' names, too.

Thanks for your reply...I have requested the creed # and info on the bottom of the bag,i.e. feet? Iwasn't sure if Coach made this bag in yellow. Anyone else out there who is "in the know" have an opinion on this bag?
