That's fake. 1417 is a style number commonly seen on fakes. This is what 1417 should look like:
It appears that the seller sold the same item yesterday. Perhaps the buyer realized it was fake so the seller has relisted. hmmm.

Would love to know your thoughts about its authenticity. The seller on ebay doesn't have much for feedback, but he is accepting returns. I don't have a picture of the inside tag but the number is E0826-12482. Thanks!

It looks good from the pictures but it would be a good idea to get a picture of the inside and of the creed.
