You're welcome! iOffer is notorious for being a fakes sellers haven. Practically everything on that site is fake. I would stay far away from there.

And finally, looking for an opinion from all. At the Macy's counter today, the sales clerk, when I was contemplating a Carly, told me that Carlys don't hold up as well as other Coach bags. What are your thoughts? Anyone?

Coach's serial number tags are ALWAYS TYPED in all caps. The serial number should be "No XXX-XXXX"
