This seller has over 20 of them and is selling them all at $23. If it seems too good to be true, it is most the time.
Yes, real...but it is priced at only $20 off retail and she states it is used. I would just buy it from Coach.
Well it is way less seeing as on Coach.com you have to pay for tax. Altogether it came to $420+ on coach.com. Tax, shipping.

She responded to my question of How long have you had it? And why the puncture marks?
They are on there to prevent a store return (they are inside, not visible outside)...the bag looks spotless to me...I actually only bought the bag for my daughter (who is crazy over it)..she & her hubby are very short on money just now, & she can't afford it..that is the only reason I have it...I had one that I sold on Ebay last month, she was in love with it..I bought this one for her on Ebay (the description is the information given to me when I bought it)...some major financial problems came up, she just can't afford it....I have this much money in this purse, I'm making zero on it...actually i had it priced higher, I'm just trying to get my investment back...I will refund your money, if you don't think it looks clean and perfectly good....I wish I could just afford to buy it for my daughter, but I can't at this time.....pictures on their way...Mary
