Some Coaches were made in Turkey, but I've seen a few fakes with a Turkey creed too, so if you buy it, look it over carefully since the seller's photo of the creed stamp is useless.

The quality seems to be almost the same although sometimes the creeds aren't quite perfect. This is a pretty recent one so they may have already changed the thickness of the leather to make the bags a bit lighter.

The font of the Coach logo is also totally wrong. And if the outside is a Signature fabric, not only would it NOT have been made in the US, but the creed would say it was "made of the finest fabrics trimmed with genuine leather", not that it was made of glove-tanned cowhide.

I hope you didn't buy it.

Hello all! My very first coach was given to me by my sisters best friend when I was younger. I always remember her being crazy about purses. I know this purse is at least over 4 years old. I'm now the proud owner of 4 other Coach purses and have learned about fakes as I have gotten older. Can someone please help me authenticate this purse? It would be a shame if it isn't real. I tried to take good pictures but my camera did not want to cooperate with me.

P.S. - The Coach tag was moved by me.

I can't say I've seen it but it looks real to me and is really cute! I think the Coach canvas is pretty sturdy. LOL, this seller is from Tucson where I live and I'm dying to know where this person got it. I'm trying to remember whether I saw it at the boutique on my last visit.
