Which part of the creed shows that the bag was purchase from an OUTLET?

If a bag comes from an outlet, does it mean like a 2nd hand quality bag with discount price?

Brand new at this, so please forgive me if I enter things incorrectly or too many! I've got 6 bags I'm looking at on Ebay(really about 20!) and needing some help. I know a few have LOW positive feedback, but for now, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt

The creed pictured has a different style # than what is listed in the auction. The # listed in the auction comes up on the DD but the one on the creed does not. I'd ask more questions before bidding, because that's fishy.
