Hello everyone, This is my first post here. I just bought a Coach bag for my G/F for her birthday off of ebay and I want to make sure that it's authentic. I have taken several pictures and if anymore are needed, please let me know and I'll be happy to take them. For some reason, my camera seemed to put a little bit of a blue filter but you can still tell the colors.

Can someone authenticate this?

eBay: Coach Ali HANDBAG Shoulder Flap Black *Mint Condition* (item 230088601220 end time Feb-10-07 16:53:55 PST)

What is making me question its authenticity is her description. She says she got it as a gift, but then later on she says it looks as new as the day she bought it at Macy's. It also says that it comes with the tags, booklet, dust bag, etc. - but my thing is this...if you don't like it, why not take it back where you can get the full amount?

What do yall think?

Any help is appreceiated...so thanks ladies!

it looks okay, from what i can tell from the small pictures (bad eyes don't help either).

the only thing is that i've never been to a macy's that gave out coach boxes. so unless that box came from her own collection, her story isn't adding up. or that's how i'm thinking of it in my head...

and you can't take back used bags- she used it for a week. that's why.

im no help...but i find it funny! her description that is :rolleyes: and the pictures, cant be any more tiny can they? LOL

Seller told me the number on the creed is NoG35-9399

It doesn't come up on the drilldown but it has an outlet stamp, so it could be a style made specifically for the outlets. I wish the pics were bigger so I could see the creed better.
You could always call Coach and give them the style # and ask what bag (if any) the number matches up to.

Personally I'd never buy anything from a seller who won't post decent photos. And like you pointed out, she's already lied about where she got it, so there's no way I'd trust her with my money.

Sheesh - I've seen sellers lie before but at least the lies they told were separated by a few paragraphs! This one can't even keep her story straight for a full sentence.

And Kallison made a good point about the Coach box. There are just too many things here that don't add up.

Thank you Bethy! I will call Coach. The seller is only asking $75 so that made me a little sceptical. But she did say she bought it at the outlet and she sent me all those pictures. :sweatdrop:
